OUR TEAM DIASTIKA RAHWIDIATI

Diastika Rahwidiati
International Development Specialist

Diastika Rahwidiati is passionate about grassroots innovation, and especially interested in the thinkers, doers and fixers that create positive change across Asia and the Pacific.

As one of CHÔRA’s strategic innovation designers, Dias helps our partner organisations use learnings from their experiences to make decisions on how they should adapt and evolve as they navigate complexity and uncertainty. In practice, this includes designing and facilitating strategic conversations with key decision-makers, helping organisations structure a cohesive portfolio of options, and building organisational capability for continuous learning and adaptation.

A member of CHÔRA’s Executive Committee, Dias also leads our Projects Hub, which cares for the resourcing and effective delivery of all of CHÔRA internal and external projects; and Presence, which directs how CHÔRA makes itself felt in the world. Dias brings with her more than 20 years of experience working with intergovernmental organisations, bilateral donors and other agencies in designing, managing, and implementing development programs.
