As Operations Manager, Valencia meticulously tends to CHÔRA's back-end processes, ensuring every cog turns smoothly. Managing business and project coordination, she helps optimise a globally operating digital team in the delivery of large-scale programs as well as in-person work.

Valencia values the importance of effective communication and collaboration in achieving success. By leveraging her skills and experience, she is able to streamline processes and overcome challenges, ultimately driving the team towards their goals.

Prior to CHÔRA, Valencia has supported the operations and resource management for a variety of public and private sector organisations. Valencia’s primary field of expertise is in medicine and inclusive community health, with experience both in operations and as a medical doctor.
